My Story

My Name is Mathias Alejandro Lego, and I am a Business Consultant. This means, I help businesses, big and small alike, to improve their marketing, sales, and profits through process optimization and clever pricing and communication strategies.

Being born and raised in South America, having studied in different countries in Europe and worked in three continents has given me international experience in Marketing, Strategy and Operations. It has also helped develop the ability to work in different languages and strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a passion for innovation and new ideas.

Having started myself as a Hands-On operator, a Personal Trainer in my case, I know how it is to start a business with lots of knowledge about the core of the job but no idea how to find and get clients, price my services, market and sell my product, get paid, manage invoices... all the other stuff that needs to be taken care of for the business to work and be successful. I started the whole process of being a Trainer with one idea in mind: I wanted to help as many people as possible to get fit and live a better and healthier life. After a few years of hard work and a few hundred clients coming and going I decided to expand my view and think outside the box: I didn't need to be the one that helps them, I just need to provide the means for it to happen.

So I started studying marketing and management, got a few degrees here and there and began helping other coaches to help people too. I had been a coach for the last decade, had had the chance to work with a lot of amazing people and I’m proud and happy to say I could help a lot of them to get healthy and to live a better life. The thing is, my day has only 24 hours. There are only so many people I can reach in a day, a week, a month, a year. I had to scale my thinking and that's why we are here today. If I can help a hundred coaches to help a hundred people, then I will have helped more people than I could have ever done by myself.

After a while I started getting requests from other professionals to help them out with their growing business. That is the story, that is why we are here. You are a great professional. I want you to get to the next level. I want everyone to know how good you are. If I can help YOU to help tens or hundreds of people with your business, then my goal will be accomplished.
